Commercial leadership · Empresa Group Pirineo
Runs commercial development for a Barcelona group across two continents, with teams drawn from all over.
Jeffrey Nomba heads commercial development at Empresa Group Pirineo, in Barcelona.
The job is to decide where the company will grow, then make it happen: set the strategy, keep a close eye on the accounts that weigh most, open markets in Europe and in Africa. And once a target is set, turn it into results that can be measured, adjusting the way of selling along the way.
The other part of the work is less visible: leading multicultural teams. People who share neither a language nor professional reflexes, and who have to work together. Over time, that is what holds a company’s position in the markets that matter to it.
Appearances
Centre Cívic Casa Orlandai, Barcelona
MUSIMA's first gathering. People building something in Barcelona talk about how they go about it — what works, what it costs, what they learnt along the way — and the room asks its questions. An afternoon to listen, meet people and see what can start.
